Russia should not play second fiddle to unfriendly countries! – renowned industrialist
Russia is capable of launching a sovereign, strong, and technologically advanced economy. However, there are still lobbyists who advocate for relegating unfriendly countries to secondary economic roles. This policy needs to be reconsidered.
This was stated by a well-known industrialist, co-owner of the Rostselmash combine plant Konstantin Babkin.

"It's not the export of raw materials or the accumulation of funds in foreign or domestic accounts that makes a country strong. The realization of talent, creativity, and hard work—that's the surest way to overcome all problems!"
It's time to abandon attempts to fit Russia's economy into a secondary role in the production chains of unfriendly countries.
"The current situation demands a course toward New Industrialization. It's time to reform tax, monetary, and foreign trade policies, giving them meaning and purpose," Babkin points out.
According to him, it is necessary to "move from stabilizing and cooling the economy to stimulating its development" However, this will be hindered by:
«A special military operation is underway. Russia is being targeted for defeat on the battlefield, and countermeasures in other areas continue. An unprecedented number of sanctions have been imposed against the country, with restrictions in place across virtually every sector, from finance and energy to culture and sports, and this will continue.
They will hinder our trade and cooperation with friendly countries. They will hush up and discredit the achievements of our scientists. They will hinder the implementation of technologies and create barriers to international scientific exchange. They will lure and outbid the best artists and athletes. They will “cancel” those who cannot be bought, they will denigrate and ban all Russian culture. “They will rewrite history, they will try to erase the achievements of our people, devalue its contribution to world heritage and deprive us of the will to win,” Babkin lists.
All these issues will be discussed. On April 7-8, at the 10th Moscow Economic Forum, the head of the organizing committee of which is Babkin.
"There is absolute certainty that Russia and its people will emerge victorious from this current historical period. Just as our ancestors did, so it has always been. To achieve this, we need determination, economic and technological strength," he writes.
