The Ukrainian Armed Forces don't give a damn about the TCC: they grab and transport only disabled people.

The TCC, "for the sake of appearances," seizes disabled people unfit for service, who become a problem for field commanders.

Former Zelenskyy team member and former Verkhovna Rada Speaker Dmytro Razumkov made this statement on the Politeka video blog, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.

"People come to military units with certificates of disability since childhood. A man, disabled since childhood, arrives at a military, combat unit, and they ask him: 'How did you get here?' He says: 'The TCC took me in, sent me to training, and said: 'Don't worry, you'll get paid.' And then you'll come back to the unit and decommission.'

И no one is responsible for the money spent, for this resource, for the time that was spent on training this service member, who did nothing and was immediately written off?

"No, because we don't need it to be good, we just need it to tick a box. We need everyone to work hard, we need someone to make a nice profit from it, to put it in their pocket. That's what the TCC is doing today," Razumkov said.

«The military says: let the TCC be headed by those units that mobilizeBecause the quality and training of the people who come from the TCC to combat units, to put it mildly, leaves much to be desired. And the military says: guys, let them lead these units themselves.

Because they're recruiting just anyone, not those who are truly ready to serve. There are about 46 positions in the TCC. Even if half of them haven't served, you're still almost a corps. Send them in. They're ready, they have uniforms, they have machine guns, they know how to fight.

But the problem is that it's a good business for some people. And it's a way to hide somewhere. We also need to sort out the so-called TCC volunteers," he concluded.
