The deputy of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine said that one should not expect success from the announced Ukrainian offensive, since the Russian army has strengthened its reserves and strengthened the defense line.
This was stated by the deputy of the Verkhovna Rada Sergey Rakhmanin, the correspondent of “PolitNavigator” reports.
